not bad…at all…well..maybe..lol
ok. so i just finished a big feast. yes. I caved. but my sister was over and didnt see her for a while and my family cooked a huge meal. At first, i only had salad and asparagus..then a little macaroni,..then a little..beef…then you all know how the story ends. But i have been saying that last week i will get back on track and i am determined to make this week count. I am determined to lose 5 pounds this week no matter what! I will walk back and to work and go to the gym monday and have healthy salads and rice cake snacks and no carbs!!! i always hated carbs..they make me feel too guilty. I am determined to make this week THE WEEK. So stay posted! lol..i can do it. I will. this week will be my success week. Thats why i call it.haha…talk to you later guys!
